The Philipine National Police remitted total of Php 6,108,152,968.49 to the Bureau of Internal Revenue in Fiscal Year 2020 representing the individual income taxes of 224,189 uniformed and non-uniformed personnel of the PNP.

According to PNP Chief, Police General Debold M Sinas, “all PNP personnel religiously fulfill our annual tax obligations to fund government expenditure for healthcare services, public education, infrastructure development, food security, social services and defense.”

Citing reports from Police Brigadier General Jose Melencio C Nartatez Jr., Director, PNP Finance Service, Sinas said the PNP is “consistently among the top tax payers in the BIR Revenue District Office 040”.

Individual income taxes are automatically deducted from the monthly payroll accounts of PNP personnel in the form of taxes withheld. These withheld taxes are remitted by PNP to BIR as agency obligations, Nartatez explained.

Each individual PNP tax payer paid an average of PHP 27, 245 income taxes in Fiscal Year 2020, he said.

We have withheld the content on some pages pending the outcome of legal advice.

This morning we briefed our Attorneys via a zoom meeting and our initial advice is that we have everything in order.
Further to this, a member of our team will be visiting them in Cebu, with some hard copy papers which was asked for and to sign some documents on our behalf.

Pending the outcome of this we will be deciding the future of, Primarily thiese suspended pages and secondly, this whole website
.
Be rest assured that although only having some informal correspondence, from some keyboard warriors, (Which is quite normal on websites) we do not have any actions currently against us or implied.

We are taking this action solely to make sure we are operating totally within the laws of the Philippines.

We thank you for your support and messages of encouragement
